All Together Now
I finally took some time to watch a movie! I started it last night and finished it tonight—All Together Now starring Auliʻi Cravalho. What a sweetheart she is. I was genuinely impressed by her acting—she brought her character to life in such a convincing way. I’m certain we’ll be seeing more of her in future roles.
Of course, a special shout-out to Carol Burnett—no introduction needed there!
Another standout for me was Rhenzy Feliz. I hadn’t seen him in anything before, but wow—what a talent. He really captured a wide range of emotions—sorrow, happiness, fear, and joy—with such authenticity.
For me, acting is everything. I pay close attention to whether a performance feels real: Do they pause and absorb what’s said before responding? Can they show grief or disbelief in a way that feels honest and raw? Both Rhenzy and Auliʻi nailed that. Their performances felt genuine and emotionally timed to perfection.
It may not be Oscar-bound, but it definitely brought some happy tears.
